Like many who come to call Montana home, Mark came west for a family ranch vacation and fell in love with the ideals of the West and its lifestyle. He imagined a place that combine the best of a hunting lodge, a dude ranch, fly fishing retreat and a ski resort–all in one place.
Mark's scoured Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado for the perfect location and he found it–and more–in Belt, Montana.
"After we spent the first summer in Belt, I realized that I wanted to share this amazing experience with friends. This is how the Montana Sporting Club was born. The club concept sets everyone up with all the facilities–and the many toys–needed to fully enjoy the West: horses, ATVs, snowmobiles, fishing gear and much more. Outdoor adventurers can take full advantage without the hassles of set up and maintenance, " states Mark.
Unlike the many residential resort developments across the US, neither the Ranches or the Club carry any developer debt. Neither projects has to meet sales goals or membership targets to become fiscally viable. Our financial foundation is solid.
