Club Structure

Montana Sporting Club, Inc. has been incorporated as a Montana LLC for the purpose of acquiring, owning, and operating social and recreational facilities for the pleasure and recreation of its Members and their guests.

The property, business, and affairs of the Club shall be managed and controlled by its board of directors in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws, subject to the right of the Board to delegate responsibility for the day-to-day management to a general manager.

The Club facilities are planned to include a clubhouse, hunting facilities, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, horses, rifles, pistols, shotguns, fly fishing equipment, equestrian center, rodeo arena, rental cabins, sporting clay facilities, and maintenance and other operational and supporting facilities

The Montana Sporting Club issues invitiational, non-equity memberships in ten year increments. Memberships can be held in the name of an individual, family trust or legal entity. Family members may also use the Club without additional membership investment.

Membership is not transferrable. Membership application must be sponsored by a current Montana Sporting Club member.
